Pricing & Refund Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

ALBLACKRABBITHIT® is an Arabic app for chat, video calls, games, notes, family safety and calculators. The app is free to use. A few optional, digital purchases exist in the games only. They are delivered instantly to your account. There are no auto-renewing subscriptions.

Tarneeb and Hand card games — rank ladder levels (against the computer)

Each game has four levels: 🌱 Beginner → 📘 Learner → 🎯 Pro → 🎓 Master. A level unlocks for free after 30 wins at the previous level, or instantly with a one-time purchase. 👑 Legend and the Legend Table are never for sale — they are earned by playing only (30 wins at Master).

Purchased levels apply to games against the computer only and give no advantage over other players at multiplayer tables.

Power packs (Tarneeb and Hand)

💡 Hint: suggests the best move at Master strength, using only your own cards. 🛡️ Shield: cancels one round's point loss (Tarneeb: your team's failed-bid deduction; Hand: your round points). Up to 5 hints and 1 shield per game. At friends' tables powers work only if the table host allows them, and every use is announced to all players. No loot boxes and nothing random: you get exactly what is listed. Every new account gets a free welcome gift of 3 hints and 1 shield.

Kitchen game

• Reference prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes; checkout shows the final amount in your currency before you pay.
• All products are digital; nothing is shipped. They activate within seconds of payment and appear in Settings → My purchases.
• Purchases are tied to your app account (they work on any device you sign in on), are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Everything else is free: chat, calls, notes, family safety, calculators and the free game levels.

How to buy

• Tarneeb or Hand: on the game's start screen, tap the locked level → "Unlock now". Kitchen: open the Chef Assistant → pass button.
• On the website (iPhone/iPad in Safari, computers, Android browsers): our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our website orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, under the Paddle Buyer Terms.
• In the Android app installed from Google Play: payment is handled by Google Play under its terms.
• Your card details go directly to the payment provider; we never see or store them (see the Privacy Policy).
• Purchases are for adults or with a parent's consent; purchase buttons are hidden for "child" accounts in Family Safety.

Refund policy

• Website purchases (Paddle): you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase using the link in your Paddle receipt email, or at paddle.net, handled under the Paddle Refund Policy.
• Google Play purchases: within 48 hours of purchase, request a refund from Google Play under its refund policy; after 48 hours, email us and we will review it.
• Your statutory consumer rights (for example the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK) are not affected.
• When a refund is issued, the item is removed from your account automatically: the level locks again, the refunded days are removed from the Chef Assistant pass or the coin doubler, or the pack's powers are deducted from your balance (if you already used some, your balance goes below zero and powers can't be used until it is positive again).
• If we permanently discontinue a game or feature you bought, we will aim to provide a comparable alternative or a pro-rata refund of the remaining pass time (see the Terms of Use, section 7).
• For any problem with an order, email support@alblackrabbithit.com with your order number (shown in the receipt and in My purchases).
