Child Safety Standards — ALBLACKRABBITHIT

These are the child safety standards of the ALBLACKRABBITHIT® app by developer Haitham Mohammad Abed Alhameed Haza'. Last updated: 25 October 2026.

If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number now (Jordan: 911). Never send us or re-share images of child abuse — report it in the app and we will preserve the evidence and act.

Zero tolerance. We strictly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Offending content is removed, the account is permanently disabled, and it is reported to the competent authorities. These standards are part of our Terms of Use (section 4).

Prohibited: any image, video, text or drawing that shows a minor (under 18) in a sexual context, or promotes, requests or trades it; grooming, soliciting images or meetings from minors, or sexual conversations with them; sextortion, threats, trafficking or encouraging harm to children; sharing a child's personal information to endanger them.

Built-in protections: the minimum age is 18, younger users only with a parent's or guardian's consent and supervision; not directed to under-13s except inside the Family Safe Room, where a parent or guardian adds the child and controls permissions; child accounts see no ads or purchase buttons, and their location is only sent when they tap and consent; anyone can be blocked at any time and messages from strangers show an “Add to contacts” or “Block” bar; groups are private — nobody joins without accepting an invitation, only the owner or an admin invites, only people in their contacts or who chatted with them, never someone who blocked them, up to 50 members, and any group message can be reported and its sender blocked; there is no browsable member list — only people who already know your phone number can find you (switchable in Settings → Privacy); sign-in requires an SMS-verified phone number.

How to report in the app: long-press a message (or tap it in the games room and family chat) → “Report” → “Danger to or exploitation of a child”; to report a person, use the chat menu, their profile or the chats list → “Report”. You can block them in the same step; the reported person is not told who reported them. You can also email support@alblackrabbithit.com with the nickname and the time of the message — without attaching the abusive images themselves.

What we do: child safety reports get the highest priority and are reviewed as fast as possible. When we learn of CSAM we remove it from our service, permanently disable the account and preserve evidence as the law requires. We report to the competent authorities under applicable law — in Jordan the Public Security Directorate and, where appropriate, the CyberTipline of the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) — and cooperate with their lawful requests. We comply with the child safety laws that apply in Jordan and in the countries where the app is available.
