1) من داخل التطبيق (فوري)
- افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← الحساب ← «حذف الحساب نهائيًا».
- أكّد الحذف. لأمانك قد يطلب منك التطبيق تسجيل الدخول برمز SMS جديد ثم يكمل الحذف تلقائيًا.
إن كنت المدير الوحيد لعائلة فيها أفراد آخرون، اجعل أحدهم مديرًا أولًا (حتى لا تبقى العائلة بلا مدير).
2) بطلب دون فتح التطبيق
أرسل طلبًا إلى support@alblackrabbithit.com واذكر فيه رقم الهاتف المسجّل (مع رمز الدولة). سنتأكد أن الرقم لك ثم نحذف الحساب وبياناته خلال 30 يومًا على الأكثر ونرد عليك بالتأكيد.
اكتب طلب الحذفما الذي يُحذف
- حسابك (رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالدخول) وملفك: الاسم المستعار والحالة والصورة ومعلومات الاتصال والبريد الخاص.
- قائمة محادثاتك، وملاحظاتك وتذكيراتك ودفترك وروابطك، وحفظ الألعاب وإحصاءاتها وجوائزها، وكلمات سر القفل، وأجهزة الإشعارات، والأجهزة المرتبطة، وعضويتك في العائلة.
- عضويتك في المجموعات ودعواتها. المجموعة التي تملكها وفيها أعضاء تنتقل ملكيتها إلى أقدم مشرف ثم أقدم عضو؛ والمجموعة التي أنت وحدك فيها تُحذف مع رسائلها.
- بيانات التطبيق على جهازك الذي حذفت منه.
ما الذي قد يبقى ولماذا
- رسائلك داخل محادثات الآخرين والمجموعات ودردشة العائلة وغرفة الألعاب تبقى في سجل محادثتهم بلا ملفك ولا صورتك (يبقى معها الاسم المستعار الذي ظهر وقت إرسالها)، لأنها جزء من محادثتهم أيضًا. تستطيع حذف أي رسالة «للجميع» قبل حذف الحساب.
- نسخ الملاحظات التي شاركتها وقبلها غيرك تبقى في حساباتهم.
- سجلات المشتريات إن وُجدت (المنتج ومدته ورقم الطلب وعدّاد استهلاك بطاقة الشيف، بلا أي بيانات دفع) تُحفظ للمدة التي تقتضيها طلبات الاسترداد والقانون.
- البلاغات التي أرسلتها أو أُرسلت عنك تبقى 12 شهرًا على الأكثر لحماية المستخدمين ثم تُحذف تلقائيًا (إلا ما يفرض القانون حفظه دليلًا لجهة مختصة).
- رسائلك إلينا بالبريد أو واتساب (ومنها طلب الحذف نفسه) تبقى حتى ننتهي منها، و12 شهرًا على الأكثر بعدها، ونحذفها أبكر إن طلبت.
- قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية مؤقتة لدى مزوّدي الخدمة لمدة محدودة ثم تُحذف.

Delete your ALBLACKRABBITHIT account
This page is for the ALBLACKRABBITHIT® app by developer Haitham Mohammad Abed Alhameed Haza'. You can delete your account and data in either of two ways.
1) In the app (immediate): open the app, sign in, go to Settings → Account → “Delete account permanently” and confirm. For your security the app may ask you to sign in again with a new SMS code and then finishes the deletion automatically. If you are the only admin of a family with other members, make someone else an admin first.
2) By request, without the app: email support@alblackrabbithit.com with your registered phone number (with country code). We verify that the number is yours, delete the account and its data within 30 days at most, and confirm by email.
Deleted: your sign-in account and profile (nickname, status, photo, contact info, private email); your chat list, notes, reminders, journal, links, game saves, stats and rewards, lock passwords, notification devices, linked devices and family membership; your group memberships and invitations (a group you own that has members passes to its oldest admin, then oldest member; a group with only you is deleted with its messages); and the app data on the device you deleted from.
May remain: messages you sent inside other people's conversations, groups, the family chat and the games room stay in their history without your profile or photo (with the nickname shown when sent; you can delete any message for everyone beforehand); copies of notes you shared that others accepted; purchase records if any (product, duration, order number and the Chef pass usage counter — no payment details) for as long as refunds and the law require; reports you sent or that were made about you, for 12 months at most (unless the law requires keeping evidence for the authorities); your emails or WhatsApp messages to us (including the deletion request itself) until handled and for 12 months at most after, deleted sooner on request; temporary backups at service providers for a limited time.
