خصوصيتك مهمة لنا. توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات، ولماذا، ومع من نشاركه، ومدة الاحتفاظ به، وحقوقك. أُعدّت لتتوافق مع قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الأردني رقم 24 لسنة 2023 (بلد الجهة المسؤولة)، ومع المبادئ المشتركة في اللائحة الأوروبية العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR) وقانون كاليفورنيا (CCPA/CPRA) وقواعد حماية خصوصية الأطفال (COPPA) ومتجري Google Play وApple.

1. الجهة المسؤولة عن البيانات

2. البيانات التي نجمعها

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نقرأ رسائلك لأغراض تجارية، ولا نعطي أي معلن بيانات من حسابك (اسمك أو رقمك أو رسائلك أو مشترياتك). لا تتبع خفي لموقعك ولا تسجيل صوتي خفي. الإعلانات (إن ظهرت) يقدّمها Google كما في البند 11.

3. أغراض المعالجة وأسسها القانونية

• تقديم الخدمة (تنفيذ العقد): الدخول، المراسلة، الألعاب، الملاحظات، أمان العائلة.
• الأمان ومنع الإساءة (مصلحة مشروعة): حماية الحسابات وقواعد الوصول ومنع الاحتيال، ومراجعة البلاغات وحماية الأطفال (انظر معايير سلامة الأطفال).
• الموافقة: الموقع، الكاميرا، الميكروفون، الإشعارات، المساعد الذكي وأداة «SI» لتعديل الصور. يمكنك سحبها في أي وقت دون أثر على ما سبق.
• الرد عليك وتحسين التطبيق (مصلحة مشروعة): رسائلك وملاحظاتك إلينا بالبريد أو واتساب أو Google Play.
• الامتثال القانوني: الرد على الطلبات القانونية المشروعة.

4. مع من نشارك البيانات

نشارك البيانات بالقدر اللازم فقط مع:

• مستلمي رسائلك الذين اخترتهم، وأفراد عائلتك في «أمان العائلة».
• Google (Firebase): المصادقة برمز SMS، قاعدة البيانات والتخزين، وإرسال إشعارات الجهاز (Firebase Cloud Messaging)، يعمل كمعالج بيانات نيابةً عنا.
• Google (Gemini API — الخدمة المدفوعة): ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي (المساعد، «الشيف رابيت»، أداة «SI»، والصوت الطبيعي) تمرّ عبر خادمنا ثم إلى Gemini؛ لا تُرسل أي صورة إلا حين تضغط أنت على تنفيذ طلب «SI»، ولا نص للقراءة إلا حين تشغّل القراءة الصوتية. في الخدمة المدفوعة لا تستعمل Google ما ترسله لتحسين منتجاتها، وتحتفظ بالطلبات والردود مدة محدودة لكشف إساءة الاستعمال والمتطلبات القانونية (شروط Gemini API).
• Netlify: استضافة ملفات الموقع، وتشغيل دوال صغيرة: بيانات دخول مؤقتة لخادم المكالمات، وخادم ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي (يمرّر طلبك إلى Gemini ولا يسجّل نصه ولا صورته)، والتحقق من المشتريات.
• Google AdSense: عرض الإعلانات في مساحات محددة (البند 11).
• مزوّدو الدفع عند شرائك منتجًا اختياريًا فقط: Paddle.com (البائع الرسمي لطلبات الموقع) أو Google Play (داخل تطبيق أندرويد). نرسل لهم معرّف حسابك فقط لربط الشراء به، وهم يجمعون بيانات الدفع مباشرة منك (البند 12).
• مزوّدو الخرائط والطقس والخطوط: OpenStreetMap (بلاطات الخريطة)، Open-Meteo (الطقس حسب عاصمة بلدك، لا حسب موقعك)، Google Fonts — يرون عنوان IP وطلب الصفحة عند التحميل.
• خوادم الاتصال (STUN/TURN) لإتمام مكالمات الفيديو؛ الصوت والصورة تُنقل مباشرة بين الجهازين ومشفّرة (DTLS-SRTP).
• WhatsApp (Meta) ومزوّد بريدنا: فقط إن اخترت مراسلتنا عبرهما؛ تمرّ رسالتك عبر خدمتهما وفق سياساتهما.
• الجهات القانونية حين يُلزمنا القانون بذلك.

5. نقل البيانات خارج بلدك

تُعالَج بياناتك على خوادم مزوّدينا خارج الأردن وقد تكون خارج بلدك: قاعدة البيانات لدى Google Firebase في سنغافورة، والصور والفيديو والملفات والرسائل الصوتية التي ترسلها وصورتك الشخصية في Firebase Storage في الولايات المتحدة، ودوال خادمنا لدى Netlify في الولايات المتحدة (والموقع عبر شبكتها العالمية)، وGemini والإشعارات وتسجيل الدخول لدى Google في دول متعددة. نعتمد على مزوّدين يطبّقون ضمانات مناسبة لنقل البيانات (مثل البنود التعاقدية القياسية حيث ينطبق). بموافقتك على هذه السياسة عند التسجيل توافق صراحةً على هذا النقل، ويمكنك سحب موافقتك بحذف حسابك.

6. مدة الاحتفاظ

• الحساب والمحتوى: طوال بقاء حسابك. عند «حذف الحساب نهائيًا» من داخل التطبيق يُحذف فورًا؛ وعند طلبه بالبريد خلال 30 يومًا على الأكثر. رسائلك داخل محادثات الآخرين والمجموعات ودردشة العائلة والألعاب تبقى في سجلهم بلا ملفك (يبقى معها الاسم المستعار الذي ظهر وقت إرسالها)، ونسخ الملاحظات التي قبلها غيرك تبقى لديهم.
• المجموعات: تبقى المجموعة ورسائلها حتى يحذفها مالكها، فتُحذف لكل أعضائها. عند حذف حسابك تُزال عضويتك ودعواتك؛ وإن كنت مالك مجموعة فيها أعضاء تنتقل ملكيتها إلى أقدم مشرف ثم أقدم عضو، وإن كنت وحدك فيها تُحذف مع رسائلها.
• مكالمات الفيديو: إشارات الاتصال تُحذف بعد انتهاء المكالمة؛ لا نسجّل المكالمات.
• الموقع المرسل: يُحفظ مع آخر حالة/حدث في غرفة العائلة، ويُحذف عند حذف الحدث أو مغادرتك العائلة.
• الموقع المرسل في محادثة: رسالة عادية تبقى في المحادثة حتى تُحذف الرسالة أو الحساب، وقد يكون من في المحادثة قد حفظها أو نسخها.
• رموز الدعوة والربط: قصيرة العمر (دقائق). سجلّ الأجهزة المرتبطة يُحذف مع حذف حسابك.
• البلاغات: نراجعها ونحتفظ بها 12 شهرًا على الأكثر ثم تُحذف تلقائيًا، حتى بعد حذف حساب المبلِّغ أو المُبلَّغ عنه خلال هذه المدة، لحماية المستخدمين ومنع تكرار الإساءة. وما يلزم دليلًا لجهة مختصة (مثل استغلال الأطفال) نحتفظ به بالقدر والمدة التي يفرضها القانون.
• رمز إشعارات الجهاز: حتى توقف الإشعارات أو تسجّل الخروج، ويُزال تلقائيًا إن ردّته خدمة الإشعارات كغير صالح.
• سجلّ المشتريات (المنتج والمدة ورقم الطلب، وعدّاد استهلاك بطاقة الشيف): طوال بقاء حسابك، ولمدة ما تقتضيه طلبات الاسترداد والاعتراضات بعده. سجلات الدفع الكاملة يحتفظ بها مزوّد الدفع (Paddle أو Google Play) وفق سياسته والقانون.
• رسائلك إلينا بالبريد أو واتساب: حتى ننتهي من طلبك، و12 شهرًا على الأكثر بعده، ونحذفها أبكر إن طلبت.
• نسخ احتياطية مؤقتة لدى المزوّدين قد تبقى لمدة محدودة بعد الحذف.

7. حقوقك

حسب بلدك، لك الحق في: الاطلاع على بياناتك، تصحيحها (من «الإعدادات»)، حذفها، تقييد معالجتها أو الاعتراض عليها، نقلها، وسحب الموافقة، والإبلاغ عن أي اختراق يمسّ بياناتك، وتقديم شكوى لجهة حماية البيانات في بلدك — في الأردن: مجلس حماية البيانات الشخصية عبر الوحدة المختصة في وزارة الاقتصاد الرقمي والريادة. سكان كاليفورنيا لهم أيضًا حق معرفة الفئات التي نجمعها وطلب الحذف، ولا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية. إن عرض Google إعلانات مخصّصة فقد يُعدّ ذلك «مشاركة» لأغراض الإعلان وفق قانون كاليفورنيا؛ ويمكنك إيقاف التخصيص من إعدادات إعلانات Google.

حذف حسابك: من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← «حذف الحساب نهائيًا» (فوري)، أو دون فتح التطبيق من صفحة حذف الحساب وفيها ما يُحذف وما قد يبقى ولماذا.

لممارسة حقوقك أو طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك راسلنا على: support@alblackrabbithit.com. نردّ خلال 30 يومًا.

8. الأطفال

الحد الأدنى للعمر 18 سنة؛ ومن هم دون ذلك يستعملون التطبيق فقط بموافقة وليّ الأمر وإشرافه، كما يشترط قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الأردني لمن لم يبلغ سن الرشد. التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 13 سنة، ولا نجمع عمدًا بيانات منهم دون موافقة وليّ الأمر. في «أمان العائلة» يضم وليّ الأمر (مدير العائلة) الفرد الصغير ويتحكم في صلاحياته، ويبقى الموقع مرهونًا بموافقة صريحة. لا تظهر إعلانات ولا أزرار شراء لحساب «طفل» في أمان العائلة. إذا علمت أن طفلًا دون السن القانوني أنشأ حسابًا دون موافقة وليّه فراسلنا لنحذفه. لا نتسامح مطلقًا مع استغلال الأطفال: انظر معايير سلامة الأطفال.

9. الأمان

• قواعد وصول صارمة في قاعدة البيانات والتخزين: لا يقرأ محادثتك سواك والطرف الآخر، ولا يقرأ المجموعة إلا أعضاؤها الحاليون، ولا يقرأ غير أفراد العائلة غرفتها.
• الملفات المرسلة في المحادثات والمجموعات تُفتح برابط طويل يصعب تخمينه؛ لكن من يحصل على رابط ملف (مثلًا لأن أحد المستلمين نسخه أو أعاد إرساله) يستطيع فتحه.
• اتصالات HTTPS مشفّرة، وكلمات سر القفل تُخزَّن مجزّأة (PBKDF2-SHA256 بملح عشوائي). قائمة المحادثات والمجموعات التي تقفلها أو تخفيها تُحفظ في حسابك (لتبقى كذلك على كل أجهزتك) ولا يقرؤها غيرك؛ والمخفية لا يظهر اسمها في الإشعارات.
• إن وقع اختراق جسيم قد يضرّ بك نُبلغك ونُبلغ الجهة المختصة خلال المدد التي يحددها القانون.
• لا يوجد نظام آمن بالكامل؛ نعمل على تحسين الحماية باستمرار، ونوصي بتفعيل قفل جهازك. تنبيه صريح: رسائل الدردشة ليست «مشفّرة طرفًا لطرف» (E2EE)؛ هي محمية بقواعد الوصول والتشفير أثناء النقل والتخزين لدى المزوّد.

10. التخزين المحلي والكوكيز

نستخدم التخزين المحلي في متصفحك (localStorage) لحفظ تفضيلاتك وحفظ الألعاب وحالة القفل وقبولك للشروط ونسخة من قائمة مشترياتك للعرض دون إنترنت، ورمز جلسة الدخول عبر Firebase. نحن لا نضع كوكيز إعلانية بأنفسنا؛ لكن في الصفحات التي تظهر فيها إعلانات قد تستخدم Google ومزوّدوها كوكيز ومعرّفات مماثلة (البند 11). يمكنك مسحها من إعدادات المتصفح (قد يسجّل ذلك خروجك).

11. الإعلانات

قد نعرض إعلانات Google AdSense في مساحات هادئة محددة: قوائم الدردشات واللينكات والملاحظات، وغرفة الألعاب، وأسفل شاشة بداية الطرنيب وهاند، وأسفل «المزيد» و«العملات» في حاسباتي، وأسفل السوق والوصفات في المطبخ. لا إعلانات أبدًا داخل نافذة الدردشة، ولا أثناء اللعب أو الطبخ، ولا في أمان العائلة، ولا لحساب «طفل»، ولا نوافذ منبثقة.

• مزوّدو الطرف الثالث، ومنهم Google، يستخدمون كوكيز لعرض إعلانات بناءً على زياراتك السابقة لهذا الموقع أو لمواقع أخرى. استخدام Google لكوكيز الإعلانات يمكّنها وشركاءها من عرض الإعلانات لك (كيف تستخدم Google المعلومات من المواقع التي تستعمل خدماتها).
• يمكنك إيقاف الإعلانات المخصّصة من إعدادات إعلانات Google، أو إيقاف استخدام مزوّدين آخرين للكوكيز من aboutads.info.
• في الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا تُطلب موافقتك عبر رسالة موافقة قبل استخدام هذه الكوكيز.
• لا نرسل للمعلنين أي بيانات من حسابك؛ والمعلنون لا يرون رسائلك أو ملاحظاتك.

12. المشتريات والدفع

• المشتريات اختيارية وفي الألعاب فقط. بيانات الدفع (البطاقة، الاسم، العنوان) تُدخلها لدى مزوّد الدفع مباشرة ولا تمرّ على خوادمنا، ولا نراها ولا نحفظها.
• على الموقع: مزوّد الدفع هو Paddle.com بصفته البائع الرسمي (Merchant of Record)، ويعالج بياناتك وفق سياسة خصوصيته. نرسل له معرّف حسابك فقط (لا اسم ولا بريد ولا هاتف).
• داخل تطبيق أندرويد من Google Play: الدفع عبر Google Play وفق شروط Google وسياسة خصوصيتها. يتحقق خادمنا من الشراء لدى Google برقم الشراء فقط.
• نحفظ في حسابك فقط: المنتج، ومدته، ورقم الطلب (للتحقق من الشراء ولخدمتك عند الاسترداد أو أي مشكلة). ولحقائب القوى: رصيدك من التلميحات والدروع، وأرقام الطلبات التي أضافت إليه (كي لا يُضاف طلب مرتين).
• لا يقرأ هذه البيانات غيرك، ولا يستطيع أي مستخدم تعديلها؛ يكتبها خادمنا وحده — إلا رصيد القوى: يخصم منه تطبيقك واحدًا عند كل استعمال فقط. وعلى طاولة الأصدقاء يُكتب سجل قصير لكل استعمال (المقعد ونوع القوة والوقت) ليُعلَن للجالسين، ويحذفه المضيف فور تطبيقه.

Privacy Policy — Summary (English)

Who sent this? (since v28.23): your verified phone number is shown only to a person you reached by their number when you message or invite them (they already know yours), or in a chat where you choose “Show my number”. It is visible only to the two people in that chat and is deleted with your account. Messages from someone not in your contacts are marked, with their number only if they reached you by yours.

Private groups (since v28.25): we store a group's name, owner, member list with roles (owner, admin, member) and join times, and the time of its last message. Only current members see the group's name, its members' names, photos and profiles, and its messages and files. An invitation shows the group name and who invited you; you are not a member, and members don't see you, until you accept. Only the owner or an admin can invite, only people in their contacts or who have chatted with them, and never someone who blocked them. If you leave or are removed your access stops at once and your earlier messages stay. File links in chats and groups are long and hard to guess, but anyone who obtains a link can open that file.

Finding people (since v28.20): there is no browsable list of members. You see the people you chat with, the contacts you add and your family. Others can find you only if they already know your verified phone number (a lookup key you can switch off in Settings → Privacy); your contact list is visible to you only, and both are deleted with your account. If you choose people from your phone’s contacts (“Choose from my phone contacts” on Android), we look up only the numbers you picked, one by one, to show which of them are on the app — we never upload or store your contact list, and never keep the numbers of people who are not registered. When you add someone by their number (typed or picked), that number is kept on your device only, so search can find them from the first digits; it is erased if you remove them or sign out. Your invite link: when you invite a friend from the app (“Invite your friends”, or inviting a number that isn’t registered), the link carries your account ID — not your phone number — so whoever opens it can find, add and message you directly. Share it with people you know; you can block anyone. The general “Share the app” link carries no ID. An invitation by text message is sent by your own phone’s messaging app — we neither send nor see it.

This policy follows Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 and the shared principles of the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and COPPA. Contact & feedback: if you email us, message us on WhatsApp or send Google Play feedback, we receive your email or phone number (and WhatsApp display name), your message and any attachments (such as screenshots), used only to reply and improve the app, kept until your request is handled and for 12 months at most after, and deleted sooner on request. Data we process: phone number (login only; never shown to others unless you add it yourself to your optional contact info), email (private profile), optional contact info you choose to show on your profile (phone and/or email), nickname/status/avatar (and your games-room status and photo, shown to your friends in «Who's ready to play?» and your game profile), your messages and files, game saves and stats, a device notification token (only if you turn notifications on; a notification never contains message text), Family Safe Room data (status, family chat, optional phone, location only when you tap and consent — including when you choose to share it in a chat), anonymous account ID, and — only if you confirm you are 18 or older — the text you send to the AI assistant or Chef Rabbit, the photo and your instruction if you tap the “SI” tool, and the reply text you ask to hear in the natural voice (plus your 18+ answer and a daily request counter deleted after 3 days; for Chef pass buyers, a per-30-day usage counter (numbers only) kept with the purchase record). Why: to provide the service, secure it, and — with your consent — use camera, microphone, location, notifications. Sharing: only with chosen recipients/family and processors (Google Firebase, Google's paid Gemini API for the AI features (adults only; sent through our server; on the paid service Google does not use it to improve its products and keeps it for a limited time for abuse detection and legal requirements), Netlify, OpenStreetMap, Open-Meteo, Google Fonts, STUN/TURN for calls). We do not sell personal data and never give advertisers data from your account. Purchases: optional purchases are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record for website orders) or by Google Play (inside our Android app). Your payment details go directly to them and never reach or are stored by us; we send them only your account ID and store only the product, its validity and the order number (for power packs: your hint/shield balance and the order numbers that added to it). Your app can only subtract one power per use; at friends' tables a short usage record (seat, power, time) is written so it can be announced, and the host deletes it once applied. Ads: Google AdSense may show ads in a few calm spots (never inside a chat, during play, in the Family Safe Room, or to child accounts). Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites; you can opt out of personalized advertising at google.com/settings/ads (and of other vendors at aboutads.info); users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent. Transfers: data is processed outside Jordan and possibly outside your country — the database at Google Firebase in Singapore, the photos, videos, files and voice notes you send and your profile photo in Firebase Storage in the United States, our server functions at Netlify in the United States (the site via its global network), and Gemini, notifications and sign-in at Google in several countries — with appropriate safeguards; by accepting this policy at sign-up you explicitly consent to these transfers, and you can withdraw by deleting your account. Retention & deletion: while your account exists. Delete it any time in the app (Settings → Account → “Delete account permanently”, immediate) or by email request (within 30 days at most) — see delete-account.html. Messages you sent inside other people’s chats and groups stay in their history without your profile (with the nickname shown when sent). Groups: a group and its messages stay until its owner deletes it (for all members); if you delete your account your memberships and invitations are removed, ownership of a group with members passes to its oldest admin, then oldest member, and a group with only you is deleted with its messages. Reports & blocking: when you report a message or a person we receive the reason, your optional description, the person's account ID and the chat, and a copy of the reported message (its text or file link and time) to verify the report; if someone reports you, we receive a copy of that message of yours. When you report an AI reply, we receive the reason, your optional description and the reply text (plus your request for an AI-generated image) to improve the assistant and its filtering. The reported person is not told who reported them. Reports are kept for 12 months at most and then deleted automatically (also after either account is deleted), except where the law requires us to preserve evidence for the authorities (e.g. child exploitation) — see our Child Safety Standards. Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, being told of a breach affecting your data, complaint to your regulator (in Jordan: the Personal Data Protection Council, via the unit at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship); California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights. Children: the minimum age is 18; anyone younger may use the app only with a parent's or guardian's consent and supervision (as Jordan's PDPL requires for minors); not directed to under-13s; family accounts require a parent/guardian admin. Security: strict access rules, HTTPS, hashed lock passwords (the list of chats and groups you lock or hide is stored in your account, readable only by you, and hidden ones never show their name in notifications); note that chats are not end-to-end encrypted. If a serious breach could harm you, we notify you and the competent authority within the deadlines set by law. The Arabic text prevails in case of conflict.
